How long will it take for me to get my order?

Squid Crystals needs three to four business days to process and pack orders made through the website. Items are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage shipping, which averages 3-5 business days depending on your regional zone relative to Portland, Oregon.

How can I track my shipping?

You will receive an email from Squid Crystals when your tracking number is created. You can use that tracking number to monitor your shipment through USPS.

What if my crystals arrive broken?

All purchases are insured by USPS. Squid covers the cost of insurance so that all of your purchases have USPS protection, no matter the total amount.

In the case of damaged or lost parcels, you will need to make claims directly through USPS. You will need to provide USPS with images of your items and the condition of the box. Visit https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm to learn more.

Does Squid Crystals accept returns or exchanges?

Squid Crystals does not accept returns. We do not offer exchanges or refunds at this time. All purchases are final.

We do our best to showcase all the unique aspects of each item we offer over live streams, photograph, or written descriptions. If you at all fill icky about your purchase, please contact us!

Does Squid Crystals offer refunds for lost or damaged items?

Squid Crystals does not offer refunds for lost or damaged items. Stolen packages are not refundable. For items lost or broken during transit, please see “What if my crystals arrive broken?”

Can I combine my website or IG order with my Poshmark order?

There is a way! You can “claim” items on Poshmark and ask to add them to your website or IG order. Then, you purchase then entire bundle on this website.

Unfortunately, if you have already purchased items on Poshmark, we cannot add more items from the website or IG to your Poshmark box.

Do you have an open box policy on your website items?

There is not open box policy for items on the website shop. If you are claiming items on IG or Poshmark, you can ask Squid to open a box.

Boxes stay open for 30 days. A “buy-by” date will be added to the bottom of your listing. Items not purchased by this date will be put back.
