Squid Crystals does not accept returns or exchanges for any items. We do our best to describe each crystal during Instagram live shows, through video, in photography or text. Variance in color is possible due to screen settings.

USPS insurance is added to all order and claims can be filed through USPS should items be damaged while in transit. (see Shipping for more information)
